Consent for photographs

Occasionally, we may take photographs of the children at our school. We may use these images in our school’s prospectus or in other printed publications that we produce, as well as on our website or school media accounts. We will not use personal details or full names of any child in a photographic image or video on our website or online. Historic photographs will remain on our school website and social media feeds.

We will ask for special permission for photographs to be taken if the media are in attendance at school.

As parents/guardians, photographs taken of your own child (for example in assemblies) which include other pupils should only be for personal and family use and should not be published online.

Please speak to the school office if you do not want your child to have their picture taken for use on the school website and online.

It is your responsibility to let the school know if you want to withdraw permission.
