Elmhurst go to Wembley

Last Saturday, some of our girls' football team enjoyed a fantastic day out at Wembley to watch the Women's FA Cup Final between Arsenal and Chelsea. Our girls were cheering on Arsenal, but sadly they were beaten 3-1 in a thrilling game. Despite the scoreline, the girls (and Mr Purdie and Mr Ben) had a really enjoyable day out!

Elmhurst cricketers finish runners up at Lord's.

Huge congratulations to our Year 5/6 Cricket team, who finished a close 2nd in the final of the William Greaves trophy at Lord's. Although they were disappointed not to win, this was a fantastic achievement against the best cricketing schools from all over London. The children should be very proud, and Mr Purdie would like to thank Mr Razza for all his hard work training and coaching the team. Also, extra congratulations go to Ahsan for winning best male player in the tournament!
